Mt. Kilimanjaro

My amazing parents just got back from Africa where they successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

The tour company they went with carried all this stuff on their heads all the way up the mountain.

It included all the pots, pans, plates, and fresh food for the entire trip! Oh and water!

Here's my parents at the top of the massive mountain.

Over 19,000 feet in elevation!

After they came back down the mountain, they went on a Safari where they saw tons of animals. And lots of them were babies like this little elephant.

They brought back cute little African animal toys for all the grandkids. Barrett got a giraffe on wheels. You can't really tell, but I noticed after I took this picture that his blanket has a giraffe on wheels on it! It was meant to be :)

They are amazing! Most people live through their children, we get to live vicariously through our parents! :)

What? I am so jealous! Just for the safari part though because I climbed Kilimanjaro and it almost killed me. But I am so happy your parents did it!!
