Movie Night and Jeff's b-day

YAY Jeffy! We got to have a great birthday party for my brother in law Jeff last week.

We also had Movie Night with the kids recently. My parent's started doing this recently and the kids all love it. We were sad that the Ralph kids and Christensen kids couldn't come. They watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

The holidays are all over and everyone's gone home. We were lucky enough to have our WHOLE family in town this Christmas and we all had so much fun- especially the kids!

New Years Day

I'm a little late with this one, but I didn't want to leave it out. January 1st, 2010 was just like any other January 1st, but this year I took some pictures of what we did.

This first pic is Tinkerbell, Dane, and my friend's baby Brinley.

My Grandma Colleen (aka CC) always had a big lunch on New Years Day and makes a huge Prime Rib. This is Ethan and Alex wrestling for the teddy bear.
My cousin Brittany has a little boy named John. Brittany and I look somewhat similar and we're only 4 months apart. John kept getting really confused when he saw me; he'd look back and forth between me and Brittany again and again. Luckily I tricked him into thinking I was his mommy often enough to get some really good hugs from him! It was wonderful! He's so cute (a lot of my family members think he and Dane look a lot alike, actually).
Kids just LOVE iPhones. Maddy and my Aunt Connie were both kind enough to share theirs with the little girls.

Mary Moran Prusse

We got a brand new niece on New Years Eve this year! Talk about a FUN birthday!

Neil's sister, Monica, had baby #4 and the sex was a surprise. Kurt and Monica have 3 boys, so for their last child, they thought they'd just wait and see what comes out. We all kind of assumed it was a boy again, but we were all wrong and we're so happy about it! Ava is Neil's oldest and ONLY niece and she kept hoping for another girl!

These pictures are taken when Mary was only 3 days old. Thanks to the Swine Flu epidemic, no one was allowed to visit them in the hospital except for Monica's mom and dad.

And Henry was excited to show us that he is the VIP in his kindergarten class this week. He's so excited to bring his poster in and he thinks baby Mary is going to be his show and tell (unfortunately for him, Monica isn't that crazy!)
I think that Mary is going to be the last baby in the Johnson family for a long time- so we are all just LOVING her to pieces!

How I Broke My Tail Bone (or at least bruised it really bad!)

On New Years Eve, my family went sledding at Pond's Park in Kaysville. We all had a really good time and I wore an especially awesome outfit! Here's me in my sweet get-up (the one piece was my mom's YEARS ago and luckily she's held on to it! The hat is mine, and yes, it's unusually tall- it makes my outfit all the more hilarious!)

This next picture shows the exact reason my butt hurts so bad! Max and I went down one of the steepest and iciest hills on a tube that was much too deflated. At the bottom of the steep, icy hill was a tiny jump. Somehow we got enough air on this jump that the tube stopped and I landed directly on my butt bone, right on the ice, with my 6 year old nephew on my lap! Luckily, my family had already decided that we were done sledding and it was time to go home.
So that was a very fun day, until the last run down the hill anyways.

We ♥ Games

As I've mentioned before, we LOVE playing games!

We've had our whole family in town the past week and we've been able to play a lot of fun games.

The little girls are ALWAYS asking to play games on Neil's phone.

The old popgun has been a huge hit lately too!

We've become ADDICTED to the new Super Mario Brothers game on Wii since it came out. It's just like the old one for Super Nintendo but much more fun!

Christmas 2

Since Shelley and Sean's family went to Denver for Christmas, we got to celebrate again when they came home!

It was Christmas morning all over again! This is Alex, I think he's playing with something of Lindsay's.
