83!

Grandma CC turned 83 yesterday and we had an awesome birthday party at Connie and Craig's house to celebrate. Here's the birthday girl in the pool with Lula and Melissa.

Garrett, Coco, and Addy

The boys started a trick competition. They did some really cool tricks and LUCKILY, no one got hurt! This is Matt doing a gainer.

Berrie stayed out in the heat the whole time and never got in the perfect pool!

Dad and Mckayla

Aunt Diane

Me floating in the pool- it seriously felt so nice!~

One of Jeff's tricks.

Ethan and Addy were riding bikes on the trampoline and jumping with them, which I thought was hilarious although probably quite bad for the life of the trampoline.
Happy birthday Grandma Colleen- we LOVE you!!

Master Johnson

After a very intense 19 months, Neil graduated with his International MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management! He did the accelerated program and did it all online so we didn't have to move to Arizona~! The school recommended that he quit his job because it would be too much to deal with, but he kept his job at Fidelity Investments the entire time and still graduated with honors! He's just that awesome!
Me and my parents went down to Phoenix to celebrate Neil's graduation and attend the ceremony.
Here's us before the graduation.

Neil and a few of his classmates. All of the pictures I tried to take during the commencement ceremony turned out really blurry and crappy.

This is Neil's entire class. These were the only ones that did the online, accelerated program.

Neil and I after he had officially graduated.

The graduate.

Neil and I with my parents.

Neil bought our baby this cute little Thunder Onesie.

We went out to lunch to celebrate Neil's accomplishment.

We thought my dad was parking the car at the airport and then I found him getting his shoes shined. I thought it was pretty hilarious!

Neil mentioned earlier this year that his new year's resolutions were to starting going to an MMA gym and learn to play the violin, so my parents bought him a violin for his graduation present. Now the pressure's really on to actually follow through with that idea!

We had a family party at Shelley and Sean's house when we got home to celebrate again since not everyone could come to Arizona, obviously.
We played some Rock Band

And Just Dance

Even my Dad joined the dance party!

Me and Neil (and Jill and Shelley)

So, Congratulations to Neil for making it through such a tough program in addition to living a very stressful and busy life! You're the greatest!!

Summer is Officially Over :(

I babysat Max and Liv once or twice a week while we were all out on summer break this year. We were able to do some pretty fun things to keep ourselves occupied.
All the kids had swimming lessons for a couple weeks over at Grandma GiGi's.

We got Lagoon passes again this year. I really wish I wouldn't have though, I didn't realize that I couldn't ride ANY rides being pregnant!

Liv, Max, and me.

Since I couldn't ride any rides and Livvie doesn't like scary rides, Max had to go on most of the rides by himself. (Although I wouldn't have ever gone on The Rocket with him even if I weren't pregnant- I hate those kinds of rides!)

They got to play in the fountains.

This is the first year that I really do not want to go back to school, but it's time to start up again, so I guess I just have to do it.

Meet Mimsy

Last night, Don and Nick were riding bikes on the Old Rail Trail and they found a tiny little kitty with no mommy anywhere to be found. They took the kitty to all the houses nearby, but no one would claim the poor baby kitty, so they took her home.

Most of the Ralph's are allergic to cats, so they took her to the Child's. The Child's also can't keep her (both families have dogs that will most likely eat a tiny kitten), so if YOU want to keep her, let me know and I'm sure you can have her.

We were bottle feeding her, which was so adorable, but then she bit the nipple off, so we gave her a bowl of milk instead.

Max and Livvie's Birthday Presents

On Thursday, Maxwell and Olivia turned 8 years old. We went over for a birthday dinner and they showed off (and shared) their awesome birthday presents.

Livvie got this adorable pink electric scooter

Liv even let ME ride her scooter, although it didn't go as fast when I was on it :)

A random picture of Tuffers that Neil took

The triplets came over on their bikes, which was good because they're not old enough to ride on Max's or Liv's presents.

We were all pretty worried when Nick rode the scooter because he's so accident prone! He didn't ever crash during the time I was there though.

Jeff built Max this go cart.

It's pretty scary because it doesn't have any brakes, but it's fun if you don't go too fast. I think Neil and I were the only people to try it out. My mom was really unhappy about me riding on either of the toys!
So if you live near Max and Livvie, PLEASE watch out for them on the streets!! I'm a little worried they're gonna get hit by a car!

My 1st Baby Shower!

Today was my last day working at my dad's dental office. I've had about a million last days here and I always come back, so it's not too sad. Anyways, when I walked in this morning there were cute little baby decorations in the lunch room.
Here's Jo, Ashley, Janet, and Jacki at the shower they threw me. It was great- we had Cutler's sandwiches and cookies for lunch!

My mom was tending the triplets and they were so excited to help me open all the presents (and I was really good at letting them)!

Janet, Jacki, and Dad

Lindsay, Alex, and I.
Thanks for the wonderful shower and another great summer together!!

On another note, the baby was moving a ton tonight and my mom AND Reagan both got to feel him. I know I look like the biggest, bluest blob on the planet in this picture, but it's the first time my mom got to feel him move.

I Think He's a Lefty Like His Dad

How Far Along: 25 Weeks

Size of baby: He’s the size of an eggplant, but my uterus is the size of a soccer ball! Yeah, I’m a soccer mom already (minus the mini van!)

Maternity Clothes: Yep. I was feeling like I was wearing the same thing everyday until I pulled all my maternity clothes out of the drawer and hung them in the closet- that was genius, I feel much better about my wardrobe now.

Gender: BOY-I make them double check every time!

Name: This is still something that seems impossible! We each have a list of names we like but neither of us like any names on the other person’s list so we’re stuck. And Neil keeps adding to his, making it even harder to come to an agreement!

Movement: He moves a ton, especially in the morning and at night. I feel bad though because my niece Reagan will sit and wait and talk to him forever trying to get him to move and he never does when she wants him to!

Sleep: I could use a lot more of this. Usually once I fall asleep, I’m fine, but it takes me a while to get comfortable and fall asleep. There's been a few nights just this week when I wake up a bunch just because my back hurts so bad, I hope this isn't a trend starting up!

What I Miss/Cravings: Deli meat and hot dogs- I’ve been wanting sandwiches and hot dogs really bad lately- probably just because I’m not supposed to eat them. Stupid listeria!

Symptoms: I started growing skin tags! They are random and disgusting and I have no idea why that happens when you’re pregnant. I’ve pulled 2 off already and I still have a few that I just can’t get myself to rip off! I started getting migraines, which I got before I got pregnant, but haven't had any until just barely. I've also developed that weird dark line down my stomach and started getting swollen legs :(

Weird Things: There’s something going on with the whole left side of my body (which is what makes me think the baby is left handed). When I have pains or cramps, they’re usually on my left side. I have a bad left shoulder, that’s technically a pre existing condition, not caused by the pregnancy, but having to sleep on my left side makes it worse. Most of the time that I feel my baby kick and move, I feel it on the left side. My left knee and ankle have started hurting occasionally when I work out (my guess is because of the extra weight on them, but why wouldn’t that do the same thing to my right side!?). I've recently gotten my first new stretch mark and it's on my left boob. The left side of my lower back hurts way worse than the right side. And, the left side of my stomach feels lumpy and the right side feels smooth and more round. These things have been this way for weeks, so I don’t know what’s going on with it.

Worries: I’ve been pretty stressed about maternity leave and daycare (I should restate this as babysitting) lately, but I'm trying not to get too worked up about it.

Best Moment of the Week: Seeing my little boy in my ultrasound and being assured that he's growing perfectly. Also, Neil and I went to Babies R Us and registered. I felt really greedy, but it was fun to see all the cute little baby things!

Appointments This Week? I actually saw a new doctor just yesterday. When I first found out I was pregnant, I went to the OB/GYN I’ve been to forever, but I had to switch because of insurance. The doc I switched to was mostly an idiot, so I finally decided to try someone else and he seems pretty good. I'll definitely give him at least one more try before I go doctor shopping again.

Something I've Learned This Week: Waking up early is not for me! I do NOT want to go back to work- the closer it gets to school starting, the more I want to stay in bed!

Pictures:
Me at 24 weeks.

At 25 weeks after working at my Dad's office. These scrubs used to actually fit like scrubs instead of, like...spandex!

Last weekend we were invited to Tyce's 3rd birthday party. Alex dressed up as Spiderman and Tyce was so cute and excited!

He even went and put on his spiderman cape!
