Neil's Birthday Week

Neil drove in from Denver on Wednesday and his 32nd birthday was on Thursday.  Thursday was a very fun and busy day!  We woke up and went to the gym.  We even worked out together for a little while, which we never do!  Wish I would've got a picture of that!

Then Bear and Neil went to get hair cuts.

And Bear was adorable wanting to wear Neil's hat.

We dropped Bear off at Grandma and Papa's house so he could have a nap while we went to lunch at Taste of India.

And got massages.

Then we picked him up again to go get snow cones.

That night I made Neil dinner and we bought a lemon pudding cake for his birthday cake.  My parents brought him home a cutlers brownie cookie, so he combined them.  Barrett was SO excited about the candles!

We didn't get around to opening his presents until Friday.  He got this massive, freaky knife.

 He also got some new headphones, a camelback, etc. I can't remember everything.

Friday night we went to dinner at Twigs with Pat and Dawn.

 Neil got a new scope for a gun, of course.

Barrett loves fountains so much!

Saturday Neil went shooting.

He took our friend Jason Voss with him.

After that, we went down to City Creek for dinner and a bit of shopping.

Sunday was our family dinner.  He asked my mom to make ribs, which was quite the task!
These dang pictures didn't turn out very well because of all the sunlight behind them :(
Again, Barrett was super excited about the candles.

He climbed right onto the table so he could blow them out himself.

 It was hilarious.

Happy birthday Neil!  I hope that was enough celebrating for you!
